One of my favorite photos, shot during lunch on the marina in 1979. Not an especially noble bird, the gull is soaring right above my VW Beetle waiting for part of my lunch, after which he relieved himself on my car.

Yes, I began this blog as part of a library assignment for staff to learn more about internet technology.
