One of my favorite photos, shot during lunch on the marina in 1979. Not an especially noble bird, the gull is soaring right above my VW Beetle waiting for part of my lunch, after which he relieved himself on my car.

Allen is Laura and Allen Mack's son. His big brother is Jesse Gore(pictured earlier, above). Sox and Penny took L'il Al for photos last month, and they turned out great.
